"We have used them for years and they have really gone down hill. They will take your money in a heartbeat but refuse to communicate. We signed the POA and was told we would hear back and now we are receiving letters from the IRS and we can’t reach our accountant. 4 voicemails and no call backs. It’s absolutely ridiculous the lack of customer service. We are changing companies after this year because CPA solutions is nothing but a headache."
