PayerAlly is a boutique pharmacy consulting firm located in Orlando, Florida, with an additional office in New York City. Our mission is to provide industry-leading advisement, strategic support, and oversight to help our clients better manage the rising cost of prescription medications covered under the pharmacy and medical benefit.

Our services include procurement, PBM auditing, vendor management, strategy, and ongoing financial monitoring. We have a team of subject matter experts covering various aspects of PBM services, including clinical pharmacy, pharmacy network management, drug manufacturer rebate contracting, specialty pharmacy management, and more.

At PayerAlly, we strive to be pharmacy experts, not generalists, and we work closely with health plans, health systems, employer groups, and other entities to help them manage medication costs and improve vendor performance. We provide independent advice to ensure that our clients receive meaningful value and do not offer pharmacy reseller/coalition products that could result in conflicts of interest.

Our goal is to become an extension of our clients' teams, providing them with industry-leading pharmaceutical strategies to address critical challenges and improve the financial and clinical performance of their pharmacy benefit programs.
