"Leo came to my father's house to assess what was available. He clearly explained the process and we walked the house and garage as he stated what his crew would and would not remove for auction. On the date agreed on, he and his crew arrived. They had a technique and executed it. They took about 80% of the belongings in the house. It was less than three hours of efficient work. The crew arranges, photographs and puts up the property online for auction. I was very happy with the complete process and the efficiency of the crew. I would very much recommend Estate Sales of Southwest Florida to anyone in need of this type of service."

"As a regular google user and reviewer, this is one of the best companies I have ever seen at work. They are hardworking, dedicated and know how to get the job done. We recently contacted Leo, owner of Estate Sales of Southwest Florida Incorporated, to sell my in-laws possessions. This was a hard time for our family, but Leo assured me they would take care of everything. He put me in contact with Sally, who was able to work out a solution during this challenging time in our life. Not only was Sally very compassionate about the situation, but also assured my family everything will be done properly. Once Sally went through the possessions, she found things I couldn't even imagine would be sold, but they were! She was highly organized and priced very fairly. I'm surprised they are not larger then the bigger estate companies, as they had the best price by far. The best part, they are LOCAL to Southwest Florida.
