Conlan Tire

"A few weeks ago I inquired about a position with Conlan Tire, submitting a qualified and credentialed resume. Their corporate recruiter, Brian Naidus, reached out asking pertinent questions; some very personal. I answered honestly and appropriately(even providing my cell# so he may contact me outside of LinkedIn). Mr. Naidus offered me employment based on my qualifications, with the disclaimer that he cannot make any promises. Up until that point I was very cooperative, and with the offer dangling in front of me, he then inquired " if you don't mind me asking ...." Mr. Naidus committed two EEOC violations, as his inquiries had less to do with my ability to perform the work offered and more to do with personal curiosity, leaving me feeling uncomfortable."
