"This truck nearly caused several wrecks on 75 north on 4/26/19 ... after assisting an rv, pulled into heavy, fast traffic without a glance, barely accelerating to 30 mph, while casually sipping a drink. I am glad one of us was paying attention!"

"I came here to have both front tires changed and rotation. They normally don't work on cars, but made an exception, in my case. Ok fine. First there was an issue with the air stems in the rear tires, they apparently were rusted out. Still they were able to manually remove enough air to pry tire off of rim. Keep in mind, all this was taking place on the ground with jacks, not a lift in sight. I was sitting outside so I could keep an eye on their work, after stem issue I was curious understandably, when the owner showed up midway through procedure, and parked an enormous box truck in my path of view. I went over to my car because I wanted to check my brake pads and rotars while the tires were off, and the owner told me that I was not allowed to walk around the premises for insurance reasons. When everything was said and done, the Cuban man who was conducting all the work, came to me with my wheel lock key, and told me that I should buy a new one because, evidently, the last place that changed my tires, destroyed it. I looked inside the key, and yes, it was completely smashed and chewed up. I asked him how he was able to tighten the tire lug nuts, and he said he managed. Upon further inspection, and with the observation of my 15 year old son, we concluded that he was the one responsible for the damage. In its current condition, my son concluded, he would never have been able to remove the tires and explained to me how it could have happened. Most likely the Cuban man did not place the wheel lock key in the correct position, with the pattern directly over pattern in wheel lock, and began removing the lock causing the shredding. In addition, my son noted that it was the first time he had seen someone use a power drill to remove tires, instead of an air compressed drill. In conclusion, while I saved money having the install done at this shop, I ended up spending an additional $45 to replace the wheel lock key that they ruined, for lack of ignorance. Plus the fact that afterwards, I had to check the nuts on every tire for proper tightness, in order to satisfy my insecurity. I would not recommend this place to work on cars. Trucks may be a different procedure, but I highly doubt it. If someone is clearly not qualified to work on a car, perhaps a truck would be even more risky."
