"Had a client broken down close by and spoke to this store before directing her to go there. I personally called and explained the situation in totality to the store manager (New York tough guy accent) to please only replace the valve stem as that was what is leaking and was told that it would not be a problem. Once she gets there they evidently see dollar signs and instead of honoring what they had told me they instead try whacking her for over $650 (mind you I had informed them that she just needs to make it home). Bitter to the lost sale, they forcefully put air in the tire and broke the valve stem the rest of the way off (thus leaving her stranded an 1/8 mile from the closest tire shop). I ran a courtesy call to bring the loose tire into Pep Boys and the valve stem was replaced without incident (as it should have been at this dishonest establishment)."

They verified my name, address, & phone number & said the tire would be fixed in about 30 minutes, and offered me a very comfortable waiting room for me & my poodle to wait in. The tire was ready in 25 min. The staff was polite & friendly and the tire was ready to go. I recommend this efficient, polite , Tire Kingdom without reservation."

"I got a nail in my tire today and managed to get it to the Tire Kingdom shop located at 2615 University Parkway in Sarasota. I had called ahead to see if they had any availability but understandably it being the middle of the day they were full up. He was very polite and said that if I brought it to the shop they would do their best to fit me in. In person I was greeted by the same gentlemen who was very friendly, explained that it could be up to an hour wait. No big. I thanked him and sat down to wait. They were able to get me in quicker than anticipated and completed the service promptly. No fuss muss or un needed upselling. Really appreciated that. Happy for the service at this location once again and very happy I bought my tires at Tire Kingdom.
