"Awesome experience! I spoke to Carie on the phone to confirm whether they had the Michelin tires I wanted to purchase in stock and they did! When I arrived, they were were really busy. However, she was able to accommodate each customer and then eventually me. In her defense, their computer system needs an update. The manager Martin and Carie were able to explain all the details of my warranty. They set me up with all the info in order for me to take advantage of the rebates that Michelin was running at the time. All in all, I’d honestly give them a shot to take care of all your mechanical needs. I know that their Google reviews aren’t all amazing but they’re newer crew, so give them a chance."
