"Great experience with Chuck and his staff at Ace’s Tires & Repair. Got a very fair deal on 4 new tires + alignment. They were slammed when I visited mid-week, but still took plenty of time to address my needs. When I came back Friday morning, they were super efficient changing all 4 tires with the alignment and new windshield wipers for my VW Jetta all within one hour! The only place I’ll use for tires and recommend to other people in the St Pete/Pinellas Park area. Thanks guys!"

"I went to this place 3 weeks ago with an issue of front edge wear on my tires the older man in the office which name i don't know told me the car needed an alignment I told him I already had one a few days ago and he reassure me they didn't do it right and he told me they were going to do a job on my car plus the alignment that will last about 3 hours he was bragging that he was a "professional" and that the issue I had in my car was going to be fixed so I left and came back in 2 hours and talked to the mechanic and he told me the only thing they did was tighten some screws and alignment so I got charged $100 for alignment and $100 for tighten some screws? When I left the shop the car didn't feel right and it kept going to the left well to make a long story short my car is worse now and 3 weeks now the left front tire edge wear is worse I have to buy another tire so pretty much i got ripped off and lied by that older man in the office I'm not going back in there anymore if he's there, there are plenty of tire places who are honest. Only the Tire techs and mechanic from Ace tire are nice, hardworking and honest the only problem is that dishonest man, it's a shame there are people like him in this world, how he sleeps at night I have no clue."

"I've been coming here for years for tires and other small repairs and have never had an issue at all. That all changed yesterday when I went in to have a tire replaced because the tire kept losing a lot of air the past 3 days. The technician couldn't get the tire off because they need a special tire key or something. So then they told me there was no leak with the tire which I knew was wrong cause the past 3 days I would have to keep filling it and the following day would be completely flat. So it's obvious something was going on. Well the tech keeps saying no leak so I leave and go home and well of course when I go back out it's completely flat. I've learned they have new ownership so it's all new people there. I will not be returning back here because they aren't trust worthy anymore. I believe since the tech couldn't get my tire off because they didn't have the proper equipment to remove the tire they just wanted me out of there and just said it was fine when it's obvious it wasn't. Thankfully I found another tire place and won't ever have to return here again."
