"I waited over 2 hours just to be told that my tires could not be rotated because they did not have the proper lugnut tool. After thinking about the disappointment, why wouldn't they use my original manufactured wrench? I shared that I had to make a trip out of town and was advised that I needed tires. I made the trip safely and will purchase tires with another 3 -4 thousand miles to travel before changing out my tires. Thank you for listening to make a difference in honest customer service!"

"The mount and balance was ok but these gorillas apparently have no concept of a torque wrench. You'll have to pull out your 3 foot cheater bar to break your lug nuts loose after they're done hammering them on to double the recommended factory torque spec."

"Had issues with brakes as I was passing through town from out of state. Scheduled a 10 am appointment on line for store to have my oil changed, brakes and check engine light checked. Arrived at store for my scheduled appointment only to be told I could not be seen until 4 pm. I explained my situation and they assured me they could complete the work. 2 and a half hours later my car was out front. They gave me my bill for $1,200.00 which I thought was extremely high when I noticed it did not include the oil change. I ask why they did not change the oil and was told they forgot to add it on the ticket but it was needed. I ask if they could go ahead and do it and they told me it was to close to closing but could work it in a 7am the next day. Arrived at 7 am for appointment and was told they would not be able to fit me in until 1-3 pm. I told them I rent a hotel room and stayed in to en just for this appointment but was told they could not work me in. I was told they would rather have one person with a bad experience than throw their schedule of by 30 minutes for the rest of the day."

"This place is a stereotypical auto shop that attempts to prey on customers’ lack of auto knowledge and up charge them for services they don’t actually need. It ends up costing people many hundreds of dollars more than necessary. It’s happened to me and many others. Just read the reviews. Be cautious. Get a second or third opinion from other mechanics and you might be pleasantly surprised. I’ve been here for a deflating tire before and, coincidentally, the next day, my other tire is deflating and they’re saying they have to replace the whole tire and all my other tires. Strange right? I thought, maybe it’s just one bad egg out of a company of decent folks. Fast forward to the most recent problem I had another issue and they only did half the job. To not delve deep into technical minutiae, it was common knowledge that two parts needed to be replaced instead of just one. I went to a more reputable auto shop in the area after the same problem arose again and they noted this, saying that the job was left incomplete by Tires Plus. Judging from other reviews as well, it seems like they’ve had some occurrences of either not completing the job fully or damaging specific parts in order to garner potential return visits to the shop. I think one can conclude that it’s not just one person acting on bad faith, but rather it’s endemic to their company culture as a whole on how to deal with their customers. Their highest priority is judging which angle they can take to scam you instead of providing a complete repair. Vote with your wallet and go to a better shop, there’s plenty in the area."
