"DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!! I'll give less than one star but unfortunately google doesn't give that option. Super rude staff, very sketchy with the information they give you. Went in because my tire had a nail on it, they told me they needed to REPAIR THE AXEL (not true but the way). I asked to look at the window that is broken (my mistake, shouldn't have asked for that). In overall they were going to charge me +1600 for things my car didn't need it. I eneded up changing the one tire with the nail because god knows why they couldn't just patch it and they charge and extra +100 JUST TO LOOK AT THE BROKEN WINDOW TO TELL ME IT WAS BROKEN. Never ever ever coming back here. Go somewhere else. Pay attention to the bad reviews they are real. This happened on Jan 8, 2023."

"I chose this store because of it's location to my family's home. in an effort to establish a relationship with the team there and my family - I went on behalf of my sister. Seth was super helpful, with a genuine respect for the obvious sticker shock we had due to the severity of the issues related to her car. In the future, I have told my family to ONLY go here for future repairs because we trust the honesty and communication given to us by Seth and fellow colleagues. Great spot. Looking forward to getting the rest of my little sister's car fully repaired in the near future. Thank you!"

"Never, ever go here for service. Never, ever. At this point I can't even recommend them for tires based upon their customer service alone. Less than 2 months ago I had a great deal of work performed at this location (replace brakes, struts, control arm, thermostat, radiator, new tires) and so far all work performed aside from the tires install has had to be re-performed by actual, qualified mechanics. When I brought this to the attention of the store they offered zero assistance, apology, or accountability basically saying they can't prove that the work was performed incorrectly because I didn't bring it directly to them when I first started noticing issues. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to bring my vehicle back to a place that botched the job in the first place. Doing the same thing repetitively expecting a different result is the definition of insanity... Anyways, as I type this I am having emergency mechanic service performed as the thermostat they installed was installed wrong and now my vehicle has overheated. To add insult to injury, I've opened a case with corporate to air my grievances. 2 weeks and 2 follow up calls from me, and I have not heard back from anyone. At this point I'm wondering if I should be looking to take legal recourse because this has impacted me financially, personally, has put my safety in jeopardy, and has damaged the integrity of my vehicle."

"I would stay away from this shop. I went there last week because my left rear tire was losing pressure slowly. According to the staff, the tire had a nail that "did not puncture the through." So, they "removed it." Then, he went ahead to try to sell me 2 tires supposedly because mine were 2/10. This would have been a $500 spend that day. I left with the impression 2 of my tires were messed up and that they had taken care of the nail on my tire. Thankfully I went to a better rated tire shop, where they told me my tires DO NOT need change, and it cost me $30 to patch the nail that this store ACTUALLY LEFT IN MY TIRE. So, I was running around for 3 more days with a punctured tire and the worry I had to make this major spend after changing my tires less than a year ago. Stay away from this shop. They will try to get you into some credit card debt and never take care of the actual issues consumers have. If I could do 0 stars I would."
