"I PROMISE you this place is terrible and trying to scam you for extra money. I’ve been here twice and I only returned because of the free tire rotation per buying a tire. I made an appointment for an oil change and I told them I did not have other transportation I had to stay while it got changed with my toddler and I sat there for over an hour WITH AN APPOINTMENT while no one even touched my car. The worst part is I came in with no problems with my tires and they told me I needed 3 new tires because they didn’t match. I told them I can’t afford that and then they said well you need at least 1 new tire because it’s older than all the others I said no and I drive away from my appointment and my tire light comes on like they put a small leak in the old tire they requested I replace. The WORST part is they told me that I had a tear in my axle boot and I needed that replaced or I would have to replace my entire axel. I made an appointment with the dealership and they said there’s absolutely nothing wrong with my axel or the boot on either side and that this place was trying to scam me. THEY ARE RUDE!!!! While I was in the waiting area the lady upfront was trying to talk another older customer into a good review online and they never asked me to leave one which goes to show you the reviews on here all probably all coerced by the workers!!!! Please please please stay away from this place they will damage your vehicle slightly for you to have to return to them for more repairs. SUPER SHADY LOCATION"

"stay away from this store. I payed them to perform an alignment on my brothers F150 that I replaced some control arms. When I went to pick it up I asked to get a copy of the before and after specs. The female service advisor said the printer wasn’t working. She called the Manager “Pablo” over, what a gem he is! He was the rudest person I have ever met. He straight up lied to me saying the Hunter machine they had didn’t print, my camber and caster angles were not adjustable, I didn’t know what I was talking about. So I called corporate and that went nowhere. Firestone, the parent company took all my info down and promised a call back from the area manager, that didn’t happen so I called back and was told they would elevate my complaint to a district manager and they would call. This all happened on 10/30/23, still waiting for a call back! What a joke, please save your self the trouble and go somewhere else for service."
