"Staff requested this review after they quoted $500 for a repair which I declined and they did me a “favor” by returning my window to the up position and “cut the power” to the window at no cost. I was not given information to make an informed decision they just “cut the power” as a courtesy before returning my car to me. It wasn’t until the part came in for me to fix the window myself (@ $26) I discovered cut the power meant they would cut the wire when I plugged in the new master window switch. Highly annoyed that they cut a wire like they were doing me some kind of favor. Id give them negative 5 stars if I could."

"This was the most distressing customer experience I've ever faced. In an urgent situation with two of my trailer tires blown out beside a turnpike, I desperately contacted a nearby shop. They confirmed having the tires, leading me to leave my family, alone and exposed, at a rest area. However, upon arrival, I faced a shocking revelation: the tires were only available via appointment, a vital fact they had previously ignored to mention. Pleading with the salesperson, I stressed my dire situation and my family's vulnerability. I only needed them to swiftly replace two tires I had already removed. What ensued was a grueling wait of over two hours, in an environment filled with the staff's evident disdain for their work. Their behavior was appalling, marked by angrily tossed tools and intentional slowness, showing a complete disregard for basic customer service. A quick, 10-15-minute effort on their part, which I earnestly requested, would have significantly eased my distressing situation. I truly hope whoever ownes this business fires this entire staff and start with new re-trained caring personnel.. -Arrived at the place at 3 pm and left at 6pm, nearly 3 hours. - and is worth to mention that one of the staff that appeared to be in charge of the mechanic shop was just an smoking machine, wondering from one place to another but with no intention to help even with all his FREE TIME. The closest to work I saw him do was to close the shop garage doors - I understand policies and processes but what's the value of these if you can't provide great customer service.
