"Where do I start.. After I paid almost $400 for an oil change and an alignment they decided they weren’t going to do either, didn’t even check any of the items they were supposed to like washer fluid or coolant levels and on top of all that my still crooked steering wheel was covered in oily handprints when I picked it up the first time. I immediately go back inside to let them know that not only is my steering wheel covered in oil, but that without even touching the vehicle I can tell they didn’t do the alignment. They apologize, pretend to work on it for about 2 hours and then call me again to pick it up, NOTHING WAS DONE. Today, after taking almost a week to cool down, I go back to get things fixed. When I get there the manager spends 10 minutes making excuses for why they took my money but didn’t do any of the work that I paid for. So unfortunately someone at another Tires Plus is going to have to redo their work, all because doing the work you get paid to do is just too hard for some people."

"Due to our schedules, I always have to wait for the vehicles. I’ve tried just about every shop in the area and this was by far my best experience. I’ve sat in places for four hours just to get tires , over two hours just for an oil change, etc. and all of these, an appointment was made. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and fast service. This will be our shop moving forward and I appreciate finding good customer service these days. Thank you."
