"I needed a tire put onto a rim for a neighbor of mine. I went to a couple different places and they all turned me away because they won't install a tire unless i bought the tire there. One place said they can do it but it will take several hours. I pulled up to us27 tires and I was quickly assisted. I just explained I'm trying to help out my neighbor by putting a tire she purchased on her rim so she can drive her vehicle. The gentleman there went straight to work. Not only did they take the old tire off the rim, but they cleaned up the rim, scraped off any rust, put the new tire on, added a new valve stem an inflated the tire all within a few minutes. They worked very quickly, very professional, and very courteous. After everything was done, I was blown away how affordable the service was compared to any other tire shop ive been to. I live about 40 minutes away from this place but I will happily make the trip just because of the friendly service. I highly recommend this business."
"Straightforward, on point, reasonable price, friendly, engaging, and courteous in every way. I give them an A1 referral to anyone who needs new or used tires."
"This was among the worst auto maintenance experiences I've ever had. They had come highly recommended by a very trusted source. Which is why I chose to visit them rather than my usual tire retailer. I called two days before visiting to see if they had the size tires I needed and to get a price quote. Over the phone, I was told that used tires in the size I was looking for would be $35 each, plus tax. When I went, I asked what the price would be for two as I was looking to replace the front two tires to avoid alignment problems. I was told $75 each for used and $90 for new. That was already a red flag, but I had a completely flat tire on the front driver's side. So I asked for a new tire to replace just that one. While the work was being done, I had to take an important phone call. The work was finished while I was on the phone, to which I expressed that I was wrapping up the call and would be in to take care of the bill in a few moments. The technician who did the work proceeded to raise his voice and yell at me several times to move my car because it was blocking others from coming in. The problem was that this was 30 minutes after they opened on a weekday, and I was the only customer there. They aggression and attitude from the technician was not necessary. Then, when I went back into the office to take care of the bill. It was double what I had been quoted. It turns out they had replaced both front tires, even though I had explicitly asked for just the one. This prompted, who I assume was the manager, to argue with me over that. He claimed I had asked for two to be replaced. I clearly and calmly said multiple times that I had asked what the price would be for two and stated I only wanted the one. In an attempt to end the discussion, he asked if I wanted to see the tire. I agreed to look at it, and he pulled the damaged driver's side tire out, attempting to pass it off as the passenger side. I explained that I knew that was the driver's side tire and that I wanted to see the passengers side tire. Upon visual inspection, I was able to determine that the passengers side tire was still in good to fair condition and requested it be put back on my car. Which was done in a very reluctant manner. Once the work was complete and I verified that the correct tire was reinstalled, I promptly paid and left. I will not be returning to this establishment again. It is worth the extra cost and time to go to my usual tire retailer from now on. Update: As it appears that Google does not allow responses to owner comments. I will leave it here. Every bit of the owner response is a bold faced lie. Rather than admit fault, they are attacking a customer. This goes a long way to show their lack of customer service. To attack a customer in such a way with so many false statements warrants report to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General's office."
"Realized we had a nail in a tire right as my family was loading the car to visit family out of state. These guys provided amazing service and were very professional. I opted for replacements rather than a patch and they had the new set of tires on my car in less than 20 minutes. Thanks for keeping us safe and on the road!"
"Great service! Had issues with needing a special tool to get my lug nuts off that I had no clue I needed. Was able to follow their advice to get the item cheap and then they took great care of me with two awesome used tires at the best price around. Highly, highly recommend this place."
