"When I went in there they were very helpful they let me know about paper work and other things weeks passed by and no calls so I decide to call the person who helped me that goes by the name Katia because she never called me back to let me know the status of my case instead she blocked my number so I called the office and the person that answered let me know the status. "Unprofessional and Non Ethic! Really bad Attorneys and staff. My friend has a case with them and asked me to post this to protect his/her identity. He/She is very unhappy with the treatment that it was provided. Attorney is never available (which is understanding) He might be in court, but at the end of the day my friend has never met his/her defendant attorney (Jose Dapena) which it's a little concerning that the attorney will charge her the third of this case and have 0 clue of what this "Law Firm" has done for him/her. Also sad that Kathia - Paralegal and/or Case manager will never return his/her calls leaving my friend with very limited answers and responses thru the legal assistant (which is very rude). My friend is very upset at the fact that he/she has called to make an appointment and there is no appointment available. My friend is considering calling The Florida Bar to file a complaint."
