"Avoid them if you value your money and time, especially if you live far from their location. As long everything is good they will keep in contact with you and take your money for whatever service. But when problems arise suddenly you don't get responses back, never available or answer the phones. They help me open a corporation and days later still not receiving any information, I had to be calling them to even get the paperwork for it. That should have been enough but decided to go back next year to do my personal and corporation taxes. They gladly took the money and did it for me. I filed my corporation a few days passed the deadline in march, somehow ended with a 6 months late fee from IRS. Called them and somehow my filing was 6 months late (how is late from march and supposedly they received it in November, I think simply my return sit there and after calls because my W@ return was pending for months they figure it out to send it out….). I tried calling them and all I got is “when we come back from new year's vacation well look into it”. After that all messages or calls went unanswered. No-one ever got back to me. Thanks god, a call to IRS fixed the issue and fee was removed. Very unprofessional accounting service, won't be dealing with them again ever and if it wasn't because it was months ago I would dispute with my bank the charges. Do yourself in favor and either avoid all issues if you do go with them. But if you have any problems don't count on them to be there for you as a client. Seems you are not worth your time. Decided to learn and do it myself instead of depending on unreliable so-called “professionals”. What a joke of service.
