"Came in to have a light I bought with them installed. They had 3 open bays, with only one occupied, and four active technicians. It took them almost an hour to pull my car in. It then took them 4 minutes to find out their app had given the wrong bulb and they didn't have the right one. If you plan to spend an hour or more in the Walmart, the slowness may not bother you but if you value your time, go anywhere else."

"Overbooked so took twice as long as it was supposed to. Believe she gave me a discount for it as it was cheaper than I was told when handing over keys. Everything was fine beyond the wait, which seems to be caused by their app not removing slots as they fill like the other Walmarts nearby. Believe that Sam was the person I dealt with, she was to the point but could be off putting for the needy customers that want to be treated like children/royalty, for actual adults it shouldn't be an issue."
