"Crystal is by far the WORST tax agent that I've ever worked with. She is dishonest, arrogant and expensive. She bait and switched me on her pricing, $185/hr yr1 to $305/hr yr2 with no verbal or written communication. She lied about the expected cost of the 2nd yr return. She said year 2 returns would be cheaper. I paid her invoices despite the increase and no explanation. Now she is trying to charge me again. I paid her over 2.5k this year. Crystal will nickle & dime you and make mistakes. She made a mistake on a W2 that I found and I only have entry-level knowledge at best. I once asked her if she had a financial advisor to recommend, her response was "Do you have a million dollars in your account?". At the moment she is holding my records hostage for payment. I will be reporting this to the IRS (F14157) and DBPR CPA Enforcement division. She and her service are trash. Go anywhere else."
