"Mr. Knauf is a most unprofessional businessman. He is unresponsive to messages, always with a “client”. He does not accept phone calls. However, he will not call you back either. He has wasted over a year of my time producing exactly zero results. I was going to use this company to do our payroll and taxes for business and personal. After over a year of text messages and calls to the office that were NEVER returned I’m done with it. What he did produce was a bill for $800. I’m not even sure what that was for since he NEVER actually filed anything. Correction, What he did file (apparently when I was on my way to pick my files up) was senseless and has to be corrected. Thanks for nothing Mark, I guess your not the GENIUS you said you were."
