"Whats the point of having an appointment if they dont show up? Then they make me wait to be seen by someone else. I waited 45 minutes then left without being seen! They had no customers and werent busy. I feel bad for walkins! I had an appointment and wasnt seen. Imagine a walkin. Im not coming back!"

"BRIAN was a total gem. He is most definitely an asset to the H & R Block family. Not only did he navigate me through my conundrum, but he was very knowledgeable regarding my specific situation. I have questioned a couple of tax reps about my taxes, and it left me hesitant to file. Ultimately their hesitation led me into H & R Block. "My H&R Block tax lady was Tracey Whitten, in Winter Haven, Florida. She was very informative and friendly. She made having my taxes done easy and a lot less boring. I've been using my own personal tax prep lady. Every year she was charging me an outrageous amount that got bigger every year. Last year I was charged almost $750. This year I decided to try out h&R block and was charged about $230. I saved a little over $500!!!!"
