"Nice office. Nice staff. However-- we sold our home and signed papers at 3 30pm on Thursday March 10. Closed right? Our insurance policy just happened to expire midnight March 11. The company called about premium. I said it sold yesterday. They emailed a paper for me to sign to that affect. Sat. March 22 A tornado hit 3 mile from the house. Monday 4pm I checked to see if our money arrived at another title company for a purchase. Nope! Upon calling Brick City gal says we are not closed there may have been a problem with the survey. What that was done in plenty of time. Boss Is on vacation! Waited all evening for a call back. Nothing! 9am Tuesday I call again. Was told it would be e filed this morning. Ask for a call of explanation and apology from the boss. Still not received 2 months later. What would have happened if our house was hit by the tornado? New owners insurance would not have been in effect because he was not the owner. DO NOT TRUST THEM.. ASK QUESTIONS. DOUBLE CHECK. Our file fell through the cracks when the owner left on vacation!"
