"If you hear Jack and Ted on WFLA advertise for David Graham, turn the radio off. No good will come of contacting David Graham. I bought into this in 2012. They were saying at the time that David is a fiduciary and guaranteed seven percent. David convinced me that the stock market was going to tank and that I should immediately cash out my 401K and put it into Security Benefits TVI Indexed Annuity. The stock market has more than doubled since then. He told me at the end of 5 years the index component would be added to my account. After 5 years the TVI index produced $0 return. He didn’t tell me that my money was locked in for 10 years with a severe withdrawal penalty. Each year their fees were 50% more than the return. I couldn’t leave my money in there any longer. "After listening to the "talent" on WFLA advertise for Graham Capital, I made an appointment to meet Mr. Graham to discuss investing a sizeable amount from my company 401K I was closing. I explained that I was not interested in growing my savings but rather investing in a conservative, safe investment that would maintain my capital and would at least keep me ahead of inflation. After listening to Mr. Graham tell me that I should use Grecian Formula to dye my hair like he did and how Graham wasn't really his name but he changed it to Graham because his real name was too hard to pronounce I started to doubt his advice. He then proceeded to tell me that I should invest in a Hedge Fund. I am certainly not a financial expert but I do know that Hedge Funds are risky and not the safest investment option. I don't believe Mr. Graham was looking out for my interests as much as he was looking out for himself. I would be very skeptical about dealing with this company. I don't trust them based on my experience. Buyer be ware."
