"Robby Spillman became my financial advisor after I attended one of his seminars. He recommended that I invest in an annuity. This involved me taking out a Required Minimum Distibution (RMD) every year. I asked Robby to fill it out since this was my first time so I felt it necessary to have him do it. We met at his office and completed it weeks before the deadline December 19, 2022. On December 19, 2022, I called to find out when I would receive my check. I was told nothing was faxed in. I immediately called Robby and he said he would fax it in within an hour. I called a day later to confirm they received the form and they did. A week later, I called to see when I would receive my check. They said no form was connected to my account. I assured the service representative that it was faxed in December 19. She found the faxed form and questioned me about a different policy number on the form. I had two policies in my annuities. One qualified for RMA, the other did not. The policy number on the faxed form was the unqualified one so it was rejected. I asked Robby why he did not fax in the original form and he said he probably forgot to do it. He never apologized or expressed any concern when I called him on December 19 about the missing RMD."
