"NOT HAPPY! Because you filled our taxes so late the SS had to use our AGI from 2021 AGAIN which was inflated because of a one time IRA distribution instead of the more current and accurate 2022 AGI. Because of the SS using the inflated AGI from 2021, I am now receiving less money in my SS check than I would have had you filled our 2022 taxes in a more timely manner."

"I won’t waste mine, or your time on the very detailed review that I would like to leave. I will simply say, stay far, far away from the CPA firm. Since I was called “crazy” I feel need update my review so my experience can be documented with facts. ——————— I own a small business and was referred to this firm. Hired this company to do my 2022 sales tax, 2022 tax return, and ongoing accounting services and bookkeeping for 2023. My initial consultation with Mr. Sam’s was very straightforward, pleasant, and professional. After that the customer service with other associate was lackluster, delayed, and just plain rude. They did not file my return in a timely manner which led to an unapproved extension that I had to inquire about as they did not even let me know. This after confirming with them we were on track to file. They had my documents for over 3 months. Mr. Sam’s will not take my phone calls, even though I am receiving calls and letters regarding penalties from the Department of Revenue, and other outstanding balances. I voiced obvious concern and warranted frustration on the phone and via email. When I arranged to show up at the office, I was greeted by a secretary, holding out a sheet of paper from a door cracked open 3 inches terminating our business relationship, as if I was some kind of threat to their safety. This company is a complete joke. Their lack of customer service and professional considerations to my needs is unacceptable behavior in regards to someone who is supposed to be my advocate with the IRS and Department of revenue. This firm is either too short handed to take on new clients, or they simply don’t value the needs of smaller businesses that don’t have large billable hours. - Guess this makes me one of the “crazies.” Simply returning my phone call after weeks of radio silence would have cleared this up. Anyone that can’t get through to their accountant would feel just as I do."
