"I was very displeased with the service and professionalism by this CPA While using David W. Ormiston for the first time. I gave him my taxes in early February and he waited till the week before tax deadline to start working on my taxes. He called me for a quick brief and told me what that he was doing my taxes and told me my refund. He did not even glance at my medical receipts that were organized and included in the folder. When I asked him about the medical receipts, David Ormiston then told me he had too many other tax refunds to complete that he did not have time to add up my medical receipts and that I needed to come to his office and add them up myself. There were less than 10 medical receipts that needed to be added..... They called me that next week and said I should come pick up my taxes they are ready for pick up. Not even knowing what my refund would be or looking over the tax filing, they submitted it and filed my return without my signature and my name misspelled. When I voiced my concerns to the office. The secretary laughed at me on the phone in a belittling way."
