"Worst decision I've done to go with CCG. I've hired CCG because I wanted to terminate 2 time-shares with 2 different companies. After 2 years, they did not solve any of them. Even worst, because they've asked me to stop paying the timeshares for the dispute, it has been hitting my credit score since then. Today, after 2 years, the 2 timeshares dispute are on the initial stage, no improvement at all, my credit score is really downgraded, and I cannot get a credit card. And I have 2 time-share from 2 different companies (Exploria and Diamond that now is Hilton), and CCG was unable to finish the timeshare of any of them. No improvement at all. They ask you to pay all in advance, and they do not give any guarantee..."

"This is a worst company you have to deal with. Its representative tricked you with promise never realized and when you kept paying them money and found out they did nothing for you. so we decided not to sell our timeshare and informed them and asked to refund the money they collected from us. They totally ignore our request, instead hire a law firm to harass us and make claim to ruin our credit and try to collect large sum of fee for doing nothing for us. It is big scam!"

"I found Consumer Consulting Group through a social media platform. After interacting with some of their content, they sent me a message and I explained my situation and that I wanted to cancel a timeshare that my husband and I purchased. They directed me to look through my paperwork to ensure I was in the rescission period for cancelation, and directed me to one of their videos on what documents to submit for cancelation, they also explained what I would need to ask for to ensure the cancelation was processed. They also responded to me when I had questions about the cancelation documents. I sent the documents out to the timeshare company and a few weeks later I received notice that our contract was canceled. I am so happy that I stumbled upon their page. They were so helpful even though I was not under any contract with them for their services. I greatly appreciate their communication and their expertise."
