LeFils, however, has repeatedly forgotten my referrals as clients, failed to respond to calls or emails asking basic questions or even updates after weeks of radio silence, and eventually submitted tax paperwork so late that it incurred fines. I am honestly mortified and couldn't believe what I heard from them. No explanation, no apology. If you've been with LeFils for a while then your files are probably comfortably part of their system.
