"Tracie Marone is the literal worst CPA. I was sent to her by a peer in the industry and she agreed to take our company on. She was responsive during our first two phone calls, but then became difficult to get ahold of. She insisted documents were going to SPAM etc, which is fine, but the prepared documents never came that Friday as she promised. I tried calling her for two weeks following that and she never answered until I called from a friends phone, and again, she said the documents were ready but then she just ghosted us. No return phone calls, no return emails, no return texts for the last month. Tried everything. I'm not even certain she filed the extension like she said she did. And to think, this woman has access to all of our documents that were sent. Her actions are shameful and I hope this review saves others from the headaches and trouble she's caused us."
