"If you are in need of a CPA, RUN away from this firm. I NEVER write reviews, but this is necessary to share my experience and how this firm has costed me THOUSANDS of dollars. This firm has caused an all out nightmare in my life as a business owner. The turn around with assistants is unreal, typically there is no follow ups, responses, or any check ins regarding taxes, forms and payments. As a business owner, that is why we hire a CPA - so they can take care of it and we can run our business. Every single time my quarterly taxes were due, I had to check in with the firm only to be told I have to get documents and payments in the mail the same day.. which was nearly impossible.. because I'm a business owner. The first accountant I worked with at the firm, suddenly left without any notification and the firm failed to let me know and therefore NONE of my taxes were filed for ONE WHOLE YEAR! The second CPA I worked with helped to clean all of that up... but then ALSO left the firm with ZERO notice! Let's just say it is November of 2021 (I have since run far away from this firm) and I am STILL receiving letters from the IRS about taxes that were never filed, late, or missing payments.. with of course hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees alone. You are better off paying top dollar for an amazing CPA who will spend the time to be on top of your account instead of costing you all that money with the IRS, the massive headaches, and essentially you having to learn how to be your own CPA. UNREAL - they should not be in business."
