"We have gotten tires here before with no problems, but recently seems like customer service has gone bad. Was weird that we went to have one tire changed, were waiting for it to get done out in the lot like normal, and then were told we could go in and pay, came back out and the tire had been quickly changed while we were inside. A day later our front end tire went flat. Could've been a weird coincidence, just got weird vibes from it."

"Well the owner doesn't know how to handle problems he's quick to get defensive over something he did. He charge me twice for 1 tire and when I went back to ask him about it he gets rude saying my card decline the first time but on the receipt it said duplicate and on my bank statement I was charge twice. I even showed him but he insisted it was my fault in him and his card system was not the problem. Terrible way to do business."
