"Was told that it would be free if I was just dropping off my W-2s to be filed and it would be $90 if I want to have an appointment with somebody. Well I just dropped off the W-2s didn’t hear anything for over a week had to call them and now I have to pay $90 anyway and if you Want it taken out of your taxes then it’s another $35 So they’re pretty much liars…. Avoid them if you can, Won’t be coming back."

"Because of the fact that they use temporary accounts for your refund can’t get anyone to answer about the stimulus payment that was supposed to receive but have not gov site showed the account number and it’s the same one on my tax form but of course it is no good and try and call hr corporate and can’t get a human on the phone so thank you thieves"
