"Mr. Sailor refuses to see me personally or talk with me on the phone about the tax return he prepared for me. He insists that I talk with his assistant only. I failed to give him a 1099 on my income and mistakenly gave him a document with the same information that was labeled “annual report” instead of 1099 AND HE COULDNT CALL ME TO ASK FOR THE MISSING 1099! He filed an amended return and charged me again for a mistake he coul have prevented. Now the IRS is still charging me penalties and interest after four months since the amended return was filed. He refuses to meet with me or talk with me on the phone. After having him prepare a relatively simple tax return for the last 25+ years I’ll never do business with him again."
