"These guys set me up with “ Pearl Holding “. Very unprofessional company. I called to pay my bill and they tried to add a $5 surcharge that was never explained when I signed up with them initially. When I asked to explain to me why and options to possibly void the $5 charge I was hung up on. Why would a company hang up on a customer attempting to pay his $173 car insurance bill? Very unprofessional. STAY AWAY."

Other numbers they provide are not in service. I have bank statements for proof that I have made on-time, consistent payments, and am now being notified that my policy has been cancelled. They are now requesting I pay nearly 300% more than what was originally quoted. I’ve never seen such unprofessional customer service. Hopefully someone will actually reach out to me here before I report this company to the BBB and COC."
