"In general this company has decent rates specially for a homeowners insurance company in Florida. However we have hurricane shutters surrounding our entire house and a hurricane proof overhead door, and they refused to give us the discount because we couldn't produce a sticker which shows that are garage door would hold up against a 75 mile an hour 2x4 impact. I think that is wrong! Plus they had me pay $150 for an inspector to come out and then turned me down."

"Wow, this insurance company is an absolute nightmare. We filed a claim for water damages in July of 2023. Our home is still not repaired and it’s now 2024. The customer service has proven themselves to not care. We’ve sent multiple emails, calls, left voicemails, and they still continue to drag their feet. We also just found out that they closed our claim, so no adjuster is assigned or taking any accountability/responsibility on our behalf. The claim has not been resolved and my home has not been repaired. I have two small children, ages 4 and 6, who are also suffering due to the lack of professionalism, communication, and due diligence this company is unwilling to enforce. This company is not acting in an ethical manner and is in fact very shady. This company has taken my money and when I actually need their help, they won’t do the right thing. I am disgusted, disappointed, and regretful of ever choosing this company as part of my homeowners insurance. Beware!"

"This company is horrible. They put themselves on my mortgage without authorization just because i asked for a quotr. Then when i cancelled it they havent sent me a refund check to pay my escrow and its been over a month. Now im negative 2300 in my escrow because of them. This is criminal!!!"
