"Horrible experience. We were looking for someone to help guide us with our taxes. I've just been doing my taxes on turbotax since I was 18. Now I have a house, work from home, and have had to pay taxes (not getting a return anymore). So I thought I should get some help to make sure I'm doing the right things to benefit our families future. They didn't even tell me the basics that if I have to pay taxes, I should open an IRA to save some money. I even told them what I was looking for; guidance, information etc.. I only used them twice, learned my lesson and didn't go back. That didn't stop them from sending me a bill for a third visit lol I called and told them I haven't been there since March 2019. I paid in full during the office visit and have my receipts. I also used my card so they have it on file. The lady at the front desk said that "Mike" would get back to me... here's the shocker— no one called me back. Not a word from them since. However, they keep wasting paper sending me this made up bill. Seriously worst tax experience ever. This is what I get for wanting to support a business close to home. Not only do they not care to help their clients save money & learn how to best approach their taxes, they are scammers and add charges to your account without speaking to you. Then don't return your phone calls on top of it."
