"For a first experience as a newer company, it was not great. Sean is a nice guy, and I am sure an expert in many areas. However, for the purposes of my taxes it was not great. After initial visit there was no contact for over a month. I reached out several times with no answer and no call back until I sent an email stating I would do the taxes myself, upon which I received an immediate response. I then gave then a shot and waited only to get a call from sean telling me I owe the IRS over $2,500 not including their fee of over $900 (which I was told close to $500 for what my taxes would take in time) So I opted to do my own taxes and ended up getting a return back of around $1,500 but still received a bill from sean for the $900 witch I intend to pay but will not use or recommend anyone to them in the future. Again, I am sure he does great work for lots of people, but I do not feel that time was taken to do a complete look over on my tax documents and questions asked for possible tax breaks."
