"Michael has to be one of the worst attorneys I have ever dealt with. He just took my money and never performed any work promised. I needed to hire another attorney to help me from Micheals Misrepresenting me on everything that I hired him to do. I spent over $7500 with Michael and his firm. Do not use this attorney for anything!!!!"
"Setting my money on fire would have felt like less of a waste than giving it to these people. I initially felt really good about this practice because some others I called wouldn’t even do a consultation without payment, whereas Michael answered a lot of my questions over the phone and even told me to go after more than what I originally wanted - all without payment. After I paid them to start my case, I sent multiple emails to Michael and Jennifer asking questions and never received a response. If I did get an email back, maybe one question would be answered out of the three I asked. I called multiple times to talk to somebody, and the receptionist would tell me Michael and Jennifer would call me later that day. I wouldn’t get a call back, so I’d try again several days later and was told the same thing - that they would call me later that day. Then no one would. I received an invoice of my charges, so I could see that they charged me for reading the emails they didn’t reply to. One time I did get Jennifer to answer the phone and told her I would be coming by later to drop something off, and that phone call cost me $33. After I received about half of the amount of money from my previous landlord that I needed, Michael said I went over my retainer fee, which was $1,000, and now owed more money. It cost me over $1,100 to have them read my emails, not respond to them, not answer my phone calls, send a letter to my landlord, and then do nothing when my landlord said no. Michael said I could accept what little the landlord gave me, give him (Michael) $500 to send another letter, or give him (Michael) $3,000 to start a lawsuit. I said I wanted to talk about a lawsuit since I know sending another letter wouldn’t do anything, so Michael sent a final letter saying I was going to file a lawsuit. Maybe two weeks later, after hearing nothing from anyone, Michael said my landlord would probably try to counter sue for damages. Why didn’t Michael mention that two weeks ago when we first discussed a lawsuit? I caused no damages to the property, so I asked Jennifer and Michael twice about what damages and never received a response. I gave up because I knew these people weren’t going to help me, and when I told Michael I don’t have the money for a lawsuit, he just said okay and hung up. I went by the office and spoke with Jennifer in order to bring up how they didn’t respond to me many times, and I still had questions. My first question, that I had asked over email several times with no response, was how could the landlord rent out the house again after I moved out. I asked that because one of the issues was that the house was so infested with termites that there were droppings in mine and my children’s beds because the droppings were all over the floor. Her response was, and I quote, “That’s not your problem.” Obviously I am not affected by this house anymore, but the poor people who move in next and the neighboring people who are going to have their homes infested with termites because the landlord won’t fumigate will be affected by him. I didn’t even try to ask any more of my questions or talk to her after she gave such a callous response. Her attitude showed me what I had been feeling for weeks - they don’t care. They don’t care about the financial strain me and my children are under because of my landlord and now them too. They don’t care about helping me. They don’t care about doing their jobs. Once my check was deposited into their accounts, they lost all interest in helping me."
"I was referred to Attorney Michael Rajtar, from Rajtar and Associates. I communicated with him via email and also by telephone. I received a response to my email, plus I received a return phone call from him after speaking first with an assistant, and then with a paralegal. The assistant and paralegal were professional, polite, informative and patient answering questions. I did not feel rushed or dismissed. Speaking with Mr. Rajtar was no different. He listened to my particular concerns and provided relevant feedback before asking that I supply him additional information so that he could review and provide a more complete and detailed answer. He followed up within 24 hours with specific details about my issue and referred to the lengthy (over 80 pages) additional document he asked that I provide for his review. He was professional. He quoted a reasonable rate for his services. If you want to hire an attorney, then, like all professionals providing their time, effort, and resources, you should expect to pay. Mr. Rajtar, in my case, provided guidance and advice and suggested a course of action that saved me money. He was frank and honest when he could have simply done what many might have done and looked out for his own financial interest. My experience with him and the team that assisted me deserve five-stars. They earned it along with my trust."
"I was referred to Michael Rajtar as an experienced lawyer but was redirected by Michael to another attorney in his office. The result was just waist of time and money. I needed to settle my problem my self. The question is what are the lawyers good for if they cost you tons of money and time and there is no justice served unless the system scalps your skin with no remorse. Just waist of energy, time and big money. Settle your affairs' yourself as much as possible and avoid lawyers since they have a license to kill."
"I would recommend the Rajtar and Associates team to anyone that is in need of a knowledgeable & hardworking attorney. Michael is always there to help and can answer any questions you may have."
