"Non responsive and not professional! Stay away! They filed my documents a few days earlier and I am still dealing with the mess they created. You have to email them a few times in order to get one reply back. They don't answer their phones promptly and conveniently disappear when you need them the most. Spend your money elsewhere. I have referred a few friends to their Miami office and they all have similar experiences as mine."
