"To all my non-US crew members: I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with attorney Marc Weiner at lipcon, margullies and winkleman, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of professionalism and representation I received. From the beginning, it was clear that Mr. Weiner did not have my best interests at heart but sadly I realized this too late and I still decided to trust. When it came time to negotiate a settlement for my case, he became visibly upset and frustrated simply because I didn't settle for the amount of compensation he wanted. It was disheartening to witness his lack of professionalism and disregard for my needs as a client. Furthermore, Mr. Weiner misled me by claiming that there were no offers made in relation to my case. However, I had been contacted earlier by the senior adjuster, Sylvia Grimaldi, who had indeed made an offer. This blatant dishonesty shattered any trust I had in Mr. Weiner and his ability to provide me with accurate information. One of the most frustrating aspects of working with Mr. Weiner was his lack of communication. He rarely responded to my inquiries and failed to provide me with any meaningful advice throughout the entirety of my case. I was left to navigate the legal process on my own, which was incredibly stressful and overwhelming. In the end, I was forced to close my case without the assistance or guidance of Mr. Weiner. It is disheartening to think that I entrusted my legal matters to someone who did not fulfill their responsibilities as an attorney. When I asked for paperwork he simply never replied to me again. I would strongly advise anyone considering lipcon, margullies and winkleman and specifically working with Marc Weiner to proceed with caution. Based on my personal experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services. It is crucial to find a legal representative who will prioritize your best interests, provide transparent communication, and diligently advocate for you throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, Mr. Weiner fell short on all accounts."
