"BEWARE! This lawyer is a sweet talker and tells you what you want to hear so he can gain your confidence and represent you. IF he thinks your case is a shoe in, which my case was. So, a reasonable contract was drawn up which I signed. After I won my case (which had already had a favorable decision by the judge before we even walked into the courtroom), Mr. Batchelder wrote up a new contract without my knowledge, in which he charged me 3X over and above what the original contract stated. I found out when I received my monies, in which the court overlooked the scam and paid him. I tried to get the overcharge (thousands of dollars) back to no avail."
