"Absolutely zero respect to people and their time. I made an appointment in advance (3 weeks in advance). Came on time. Waited for one hour. When I asked how longer is it going to take, the lady ( not a front desk, another employee) told me with an attitude like I’m bothering her big times: “ he is out of his schedule. He has an Important business”. That’s it. Excuse me? I’m sitting here and waiting for an hour for a scheduled 3 weeks in advance consultation. I Ubered here.
