"HORRIBLE!! These facts were emailed to the whole Zagury office, so it is fact checked! 1) My husband n I were closing on a Real expensive condo. Our lending company sent URGENT email to Natalie & I that I need POA for my husband. NO RESPONSE. I called my realtor, who called her.. then.. Monday after 3:30pm she emailed notarized POA needed & my flight for closing was next day & banks closed.. NO APOLOGY! 2) CONTRACT had storage included in the sale of the condo.. couple days before closing the SELLER “discovered” from the building office “He Does Not Own it!!!” For crying out loud.. what is the Title Company’s job? She comes with super dumb suggestions then threaten me that she won’t be able to close & we’ll lose the deal! 3) I asked for escrow to be held till storage price is set. She “thought” the escrow was $20G while it was $30G. Talked to seller to try with him, he was FURIOUS that she told him escrow wont be enough & he had to put $10G extra. So basically we were paid $5G cause she pissed him off! 4) closing day was a DISASTER!! Poor Alicia was trying her best but it was a complete CHAOS! I read their papers that mentioned I have received & read forms I never had! We were signing as buyers while seller’s signatures weren’t there & she said “Attorneys don’t attend closings!!”, so we were closing as buyers alone!! She kept going back n forth to get me each document & send the seller to sign them as we went. There were No Tabs in the 1000 papers where we need to sign, so we had to go page by page, sometimes “guessing” which party was to sign! She told me to sign MY HUSBAND’S NAME but I told her “I think” I sign my name on his behalf!! I showed her my husband’s POA & at the end asked if I she needs anything else, she said no & of course didn’t even show us to the door. THEN they send me “I forgot to leave them the POA & have to go to UPS to send it ASAP. 5) “I” made “The Math” afterwards & DISCOVERED WE OVERPAID BY OVER $20G!! They Ruined our closing ceremony day, then “I” sent reminder 1week after closing with info to wire our money back Don’t walk away… RUN"
