"My wife and I purchased our home with this company back in 02/2017 and had an overall pleasant experience. They were attentive to our calls and provided us timely service at one time. Fast forward to today and the experience has been vastly different, and for the worse. We wanted to purchase a much smaller property and spoke with them on the matter when we were serious to move forward. Once we began the process and were ready to move forward, our calls and messages stopped being returned. Because of our previous experience we decided to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt. After seeing days, then weeks of waiting for call back, we attempted to reach out to the attorney one last time and inquire why our calls werent being returned, to no avail. After a while, my wife got the hint and decided to seek another attorney. The reason I didnt leave a 1 start review was because our first experience was overall good. If I can say one thing to this office is to not ignore your clients. We are people, and if you do not have time or no interest in our cases, let us know, instead of keeping us waiting with no follow up."
