Let me make it very clear, this was not about lack of payment, it was that the bill kept growing and we refused to not pay more when nothing we asked for was being done. A total of $31,000 was billed and 1 of 9 petitions (over 7 months) requested were done. I advise you to go look at the reviews for this Attorney outside of Google, Identical stories found. We have law enforcement looking into all the Attorneys involved, the Attorneys are dictating our every move, let alone the Guardianship system. They have an amazing way of protecting each other (The Boys Club). There reply is classic, lets blame the client who came in unannounced to the office 4 times because nothing was being done, that the client was told would be done. If they did anything we would be happy to pay, why give more money when nothing is being done. All in all, we will see when this goes to court, we have all the documented evidence we need."

"I wanted this law firm based on the reviews, all i can say is they must be getting the bad reviews removed. I have never been billed so much (31K) for completing nothing we asked for in the initial consultation. Here is what Brandon did to me, he kept saying i owed him money (after the initial retainer) so he could not do more work, but continued to bill while nothing was being done. How does it grow another 21k? He said you don't understand how this works, he is right, i don't understand how the bill grows while doing nothing because of non payment. I spent over six months with this firm, and I am in a worse situation then when i started."
