"The man took forever to say something at first then said I can send a picture of my ticket I got today since it isn't in the system yet but I told him my license was suspended due to a previous ticket. He hung up, this is the worst service, first time trying to use them, first impressions are everything and this was horrible."

"This was extremely easy. I simply sent a photo of the ticket, paid the $99 and they kept me updated via email. Never had to show up or anything. They did the typical trick of postponing the first date to later to make it so the cop doesn't show up. Tossed out easily. Much appreciated and would surely go this route again if I ever get another ticket"
