I came and read their rates before I called them and was shocked at the responses they were getting but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt . Learned my lesson ."

"I just bought a vaporizer from this store. A very friendly girl named Sierra closed the deal. However I went to try it and sadly the piece didn't work. She tried to refund me and the system was down. She spent 20 minite watching youtube videos in how to use it. When we figure its a manufacturer mistake She call her boss ,he denied the return . They didn't have more pieces to exchange it. So now I spent 130$ in a vaporizer that does not work. The Piece does not work . This guy straight up took my money and didn't want to refund me . I will never step back into that store and I advice everybody to go someplace else. There are far to many smoke shops arround to deal with this incompetent, greedy business owner. He will soon be out of bussines and will wonder why, maybe blame it on "bad luck". I would have personally chock him , but he hides behind his worker on the phone. like a girl. Little man with little mind. His other business it's a tire shop, I can imagine the great warranty he offers."
