"Placed an order on line and did NOT give me the choice for nicotine free as it was advertised. I sent them an email stating so and they said NOT to accept package that they would refund. I told them I did NOT want the money just an exchange. They refunded me minus $16 for delivery and we live 45 minutes away. Will never order again."
