"I’ve been shopping here since COVID. The selection is great, priced well, their items are well preserved and taken care of. I’ve had to go to other smoke shops recently to pick up papers+other things, but the way where locals smoke preserve things is the best. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else but here."

"This place is a joke, I walked in and purchased probably their most expensive hooka on display. 2 days later it started peeling, so I returned to exchange , I was told they didn’t know what I washed it with and I was on my own, blaming me for a bad product. I asked the girl to call mobhookah and see if they cover it, she said her store would still lose money , no matter how I approached her she was defensive saying she will not do anything for me. I told her I was going to leave and leave them a review, at that point I was called an A**hole multiple times.. if I could give them a 0 I would have. For the record.. I called mobhooka and they are taking care of it.. she refused to make that call too… as lazy and unprofessional as they come .. this place is complete trash"
