"Stored my luggage here through bounce app. Sign on door says open at 11am, but even 50 min later, store was closed. Called their number and was hung up on twice. The one time they answered they were very rude and unprofessional and told me they were coming despite that not being the case. Being so inaccurate on when you are open (by hours) causes people to miss their flights."
