"Purchased a banana ice fume ultra. 18 dollars. As soon as I stepped out the door the vape dies and refuses to work. I walk back in and am told sorry too bad. Was supposed to get a call from the owner and never got one. I will never trust their products. I will never shop here again. All I asked for was an exchange but you guys would rather steal my money than make it right."

"DONT SHOP AT THIS SHOP The manger that is on duty at 3:45 3/29/23 gave the worst customer service ever. The owner gave me a price to try and compete with Amazon but of course Amazon was less. I tried to make a purchase and after a few words he refused to sell to me. The owner can reach out to me directly if you like."

"Walked into this place after seeing it for the first time and not knowing it was there despite living in the immediate area nearby. I was pleasantly surprised at both the amount of stock in the shop, as well as how clean the store is. The clerk/cashier on duty greeted me with a "Hello" the moment I walked in. They have a complete supply of smoking, vape & hookah products and devices. It should be a good addition to the neighborhood as I am an avid smoker and can tell you that there really is nothing like this anywhere nearby. Unfortunately, I had just purchased similar items from where I usually go for them, but this store being much closer & more than adequate will certainly get my business in the future. Today, I was just lucky I happened to see it while doing my laundry at the laundromat near y in the same shopping center. I will be back."
